(49) The examination procedure should be used for the implementing decisions with respect to the objections to the internationally agreed normative documents whose references were already published in the Official Journal of the European Union and which the Commission considers justified, given that such decisions could have consequences on the presumption of conformity with the applicable essential requirements.
