Lift up the light of Thy countenance upon us.
تو اپنے چہرہ کا نور ہم پر جلوہ گر فرما۔

تو نے ہماری بدکاری کو اپنے سامنے رکھا۔اور ہمارے پوشیدہ گناہوں کو اپنے چہرہ کی روشنی میں

مبارک ہے وہ قوم جو تیری خوشی کے نعرے لگا سکے۔ اے رب، وہ تیرے چہرے کے نور میں چلیں گے

Unto Allah belong the East and the West, and whithersoever ye turn, there is Allah's Countenance. Lo! Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing.
اور مشرق اور مغرب سب خدا ہی کا ہے۔ تو جدھر تم رخ کرو۔ ادھر خدا کی ذات ہے۔ بے شک خدا صاحبِ وسعت اور باخبر ہے

جو لوگ اپنے رب کو رات دن پکارتے رہتے ہیں اور اس کی خوشنودی کی طلب میں لگے ہوئے ہیں انہیں اپنے سے دُور نہ پھینکوالانعام

And unto Allah belongeth the east and the west; so withersoever you turn there is the countenance of Allah: verily Allah is pervading, Knowing.
اور مشرق اور مغرب سب خدا ہی کا ہے۔ تو جدھر تم رخ کرو۔ ادھر خدا کی ذات ہے۔ بے شک خدا صاحبِ وسعت اور باخبر ہے

Keep yourself patient[by being] with those who call upon their Sustainer in the morning and the evening, seeking His countenance.
ان لوگوں کے ساتھ اپنے آپ کو روکے رکھو جو صبح وشام اللہ کی رضا حاصل کرنے کے لیے اسے پکارتے ہیں۔‘

You shall not consider the reputation of the poor, nor shall you honor the countenance of the powerful.
