In accordance with paragraph 9 of the structure and functions of the Implementation Committee under the Convention on Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution and the procedure for review(ECE/EB. AIR/113/Add.1, decision 2012/25, annex), and based on the Committee's considerations in the review of progress towards compliance by certain Parties with their protocol obligations(ECE/EB.
