بیشک آپ کا رب وہی غالب مہربان

ہمیں خوب علم ہے کہ ان کی باتوں سے آپ کا دل تنگ ہوتا ہے

Thy Lord is forgiving to men, for all their evil-doing[13:6].
اور تیرا رب معاف بھی کرتا ہے لوگوں کو اُن کی گنہگاری پر

And how canst thou have patience over that which thy knowledge encompasseth not.
اور اس بات پر کیونکر صبر کریں گے جسے آپ کا علم محیط نہیں

We ask thy guidance and direction in this matter.
ہم تجھ ہدایت، تقوی، تونگری اور عفت کا سوال کرتے ہیں

And the second is like unto it: Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

ماں اور بیٹی سے نکاح حرام ہے یا بیٹے کی بیوی

اور تیرا ربّ جو چاہتاہے پید ا کرتا ہے اور جو چاہتاہے پسند کرتاہے‘‘

And put thy trust in God; God suffices as a guardian.
اور آپ اپنے پروردگار پر توکل کریں بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ کارسازی کیلئے کافی ہے

He said: by Thy majesty, then, I shall surely seduce them, all.
کہنے لگا پھر تو تیری عزت کی قسم! میں ان سب کو یقیناً بہکا دوں گا

And put thy trust in Allah and Allah sufficeth as a Trustee.
اور آپ اپنے پروردگار پر توکل کریں بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ کارسازی کیلئے کافی ہے

He doth send thy help from the sanctuary, And from Zion doth support thee,!
وہ مقدِس سے تیرے لئے کمک بھیجے اور صیّون سے تجھے تقویت بخشے!
