Takođe je navelo da je, kako je to Poverenik i naglasio otvarajući postupak nadzora, postojeći mehanizam kontrole bolovanja predviđen Zakona o zdravstvenom osiguranju, u skladu sa kojim zdravstvena inspekcija ministarstva ne vrši nadzor nad ostvarivanjem bolovanja. Protiv 22 koji to nisu učinili, kao i protiv još jednog broja koji su to učinili samo formalno, a faktički zapravo opstruiraju postupak nadzora, biće podneti zahtevi za pokretanje prekršajnog postupka. Poverenik ocenjuje da je kako zbog činjenice da se osnovano može sumnjati u istinitost i tačnost odgovora datih od strane velikog broja operatora, tako i zbog niza drugih razloga nužno je da bude sproveden i neposredan nadzor u sedištu većeg broja operatora.
Requests for initiating offence proceedings will be filed against 22 operators that failed to answer the questionnaire, and against those operators who only answered it pro forma, and actually obstructed the inspection procedure. Due to the fact that answers given by a large number of operators can be reasonably questioned in terms of genuineness and accuracy, and many other reasons, the Commissioner estimates that direct inspection on site must be carried out, i.e. at headquarters of a number of operators.

SUPERVISION OVER THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LAW ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION IN THE CHAMBER OF ENFORCE Friday, 23 January 2015 08:47 The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection has launched a supervision procedure over the implementation of the Law on Personal Data Protection in the Chamber of enforcement officers. The immediate cause is the manner of implementation of the amendments to the Law on Enforcement and Security, which entered into force on 26 December.

Takođe, u skladu sa Listom kategorija registraturskog materijala sa rokovima čuvanja uništava papirnu dokumentaciju. Individualni popisni obrasci u papirnoj formi iz Popisa 2011 saglasno pomenutoj Listi kategorija registraturskog materijala sa rokovima čuvanja, a u skladu sa Rešenjem Arhiva Srbije, 02 broj 1197, od 29. decembra 2014, uništeni su, budući da je rok čuvanja, koji je iznosio tri godine, istekao. Poverenik je obustavio dalji postupak nadzora u ovoj pravnoj stvari.
The Office also destroys paper documents in keeping with the List of categories of registry materials with retention periods. Individual census forms in paper form from the 2011 Census, in keeping with the abovementioned List of categories of registry material with retention periods, and in accordance with the Decree of the Archive of Serbia, 02 Number 1197 of 29 December 2014, were destroyed, since the retention period, which was three years, expired. The Commissioner suspended further supervision procedure in this legal matter.

RFZO je u odgovoru potvrdio da će u svemu postupiti u skladu sa Upozorenjem, te da su sve organizacione jedinice Fonda već obaveštene da odmah prestanu sa nezakonitom obradom podataka. Poverenik je prethodno sproveo postupak nadzora u kome je utvrdio da RFZO radi isplate naknada za privremenu sprečenost za rad, traži od poslodavaca da od osiguranika pribave kompletne ocene lekarske komisije i da ih potom dostave Fondu.

Грађани нису дужни да потписују било какве изјаве, да шаљу мејлове, да чекају пред шалтерима и сл., они имају пуно право да од јавних комуналних предузећа захтевају поштовање својих законом утврђених права. Повереник ће и овим поводом спровести поступак надзора у ЈКП Инфостан и потом предузети одговарајуће кораке.
Citizens are not required to sign any statements, to send emails, to wait at the counters, etc. They have the full right to demand the public utility companies to observe their legal rights. The Commissioner will on this occasion also carry out the control procedure in PUC Infostan and take the follow up steps accordingly.

РФЗО је у одговору потврдио да ће у свему поступити у складу са Упозорењем, те да су све организационе јединице Фонда већ обавештене да одмах престану са незаконитом обрадом података. Повереник је претходно спровео поступак надзора у коме је утврдио да РФЗО ради исплате накнада за привремену спреченост за рад, тражи од послодаваца да од осигураника прибаве комплетне оцене лекарске комисије и да их потом доставе Фонду.

Поступак надзора је обухватио 24 организационе јединице МУП-а( од кабинета министра па до сектора за ванредне ситуације), односно укупно 61 нижу организациону јединицу у њиховом саставу, а у спровођењу поступка били су нужно ангажовани готово сав расположиви кадровски ресурси Повереника. Активности су започете још крајем 2010. и континуирано трајале до краја 2011. године, када је сам поступак надзора окончан.
The supervision included 24 organizational units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs(from the Cabinet of the Minister to the Department for Emergency Management) and a total of 61 of their subordinate organizational units, and almost all available Commissioner's human resources had to be engaged in the procedure. The activities were initiated as early as in late 2010 and they continued until late 2011, when the supervision procedure itself was completed.

Повереник је претходно у поступку надзора утврдио да је Министарство без ваљаног правног основа успоставило ИЗИС као централизовану, електронску збирку података у оквиру које врши обраду података о личности пацијената( укључујући по закону" нарочито осетљивим" подацима) и запослених из 451 здравствене установе. Обрада података о личности сходно чл. 42 Устава" уређује се законом".

Градска управа такође није, иако је и то њена законска обавеза( чл. 49), ни претходно обавестила Повереника о намери успостављања овакве збирке, што, и једно и друго, сами по себи представљају, Законом о заштити података о личности предвиђене( чл. 57), кажњиве прекршаје. Полазећи од наведеног, Повереник је по службеној дужности покренуо поступак надзора над спровођењем Закона о заштити података о личности од стране Градске управе града Београда.
The city administration also failed, although it was its legal obligation(Art.49), to inform the Commissioner about the intent to form such a data file, where both things per se are punishable offenses under the Law on Personal Data Protection. Starting from the above, the Commissioner ex officio initiated the oversight procedure over the implementation of the Law on Personal Data Protection by the Belgrade City Administration.

U postupku nadzora utvrđeno je da je privredno društvo sprovelo poligrafsko ispitivanje nad ukupno 17 zaposlenih u svrhu prikupljanja informacija" radi otkrivanja počinioca krivičnih dela krađe mesa" iz skladišta društva. Otkrivanje i gonjenje počinioca krivičnih dela u isključivoj je nadležnosti policije i tužilaštva.
