The export declaration and the control document issued pursuant to Article 3 of Regulation(EEC) No 3002/92 shall indicate the following.

(b) by reason of a difference between the amount of the refund on the exported product and the amount of the non-preferential import dutyapplicable to an identical product on the date of acceptance of the export declaration, the product is liable to be reimported into the Community.
Where such proof is notfurnished within a period of 12 months from the date on which the export declaration was accepted, the date of exit from the Community's customs territory shall be regarded as being the last day of that period.
The exportation of scheduled substances listed in Category 1 of the Annex shall be subject to authorization in form of individual export authorizations issued by thecompetent authorities of the Member State in which the customs export declaration is to be lodged in accordance with the provisions in force.
(2) The deadline for lodging the specific application, where the export declaration is not the specific application, as provided for in Article 7(4), second subparagraph of Regulation(EC) No 1520/2000, is giving rise to difficulties in some Member States.
For the purposes of Article 2(a) of Regulation(EEC)No 386/90,"physical check" shall mean verification that the export declaration, including documents submitted in support thereof, corresponds with the goods as regards quantity, nature and characteristics.
If, for administrative reasons,the first subparagraph cannot be applied, the export declaration may only be lodged with a competent customs office in the Member State concerned and, where a physical check is carried out in accordance with Regulation(EEC) No 386/90, any goods presented must be completely unloaded.
