It shall be righteousness to us, if we observe to do all this commandment before Yahweh our God, as he has commanded us.".

وانه يكون لنا بر اذا حفظنا جميع هذه الوصايا لنعملها امام الرب الهنا كما اوصانا

اذا سمعت صوت الرب الهك لتحفظ وتعمل كل هذه الوصايا التي انا اوصيك اليوم

ان هذه الوصية التي اوصيك بها اليوم ليست عسرة عليك ولا بعيدة منك

فتعلمون اني ارسلت اليكم هذه الوصية لكون عهدي مع لاوي قال رب الجنود

The Quran and history belie that baseless allegation.[19].

أما بالنسبة لأولئك المشركين الذين لم يكونوا مذنبين بالغدر، كانوا محميين(انظر 4 و7). ومن المؤسف للغاية أن عزل هذا الجزء من السياق من قبل بعض النقاد جعل هذه الآية أساس الهجوم ضد الإسلام، زاعمين أنها تطلب تدمير جميع غير المسلمين. القرآن والتاريخ يكذبان هذا الادعاء الذي لا أساس له من الصحة.[19

For this commandment I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, but the word is in thy mouth and in thy heart.

إن هذه الوصية التى أوصيك بها اليوم إنها ليست خفية عليك بل الكلمة قريبة منك جداً فى فمك وفى قلبك

اذا حفظت كل هذه الوصايا لتعملها كما انا اوصيك اليوم لتحب الرب الهك وتسلك في طرقه كل الايام فزد لنفسك ايضا ثلاث مدن على هذه الثلاث
