The declarant, including full name, date and place of birth and nationality;

In addition, if the declarant/ traveller does not agree with the calculation of the customs fee determined in the abbreviated proceedings, they will be referred to the regular customs clearance procedure with the submission of a standard/ written customs declaration.
(b a) the provision of an easy-to-use harmonised Graphical User Interface(GUI), with a similar look,for the exchange of data between a declarant and a Single Window that allows for two-way communication between the data provider and the relevant authorities that adheres to the functional and technical specifications of the harmonised GUI as developed in accordance with paragraph 11 of this Article;
Except where otherwise provided, the declarant shall be free to choose the customs procedure under which to place the goods, under the conditions for that procedure, irrespective of their nature or quantity, or their country of origin, consignment or destination.
(b) where the customs declaration is paper-based, the declarant returns, to the customs office of export or, in case of outward processing, the customs office of placement, all copies of the customs declaration, together with any other documents issued to him on acceptance of the declaration;
